These figures come from the same published ZIP-profile records used elsewhere on this website. This page does not fetch a new Census or Zillow release.

Employment and retirement-income measures are native Census ZIP-area (ZCTA) estimates from the 2024 ACS five-year release, covering 2020–2024. Unemployment uses the civilian labor force; retirement-income receipt uses all households. Their percentage margins of error have not been calculated, and no statistically significant differences are claimed.

Business counts use 2023 ZIP Business Patterns and include locations with paid employees. Counts are not adjusted for area or population. Mortgage rates use 2024 tract-to-ZIP RES_RATIO weighted estimates; changes, where shown, compare that ZIP’s 2024 rate with its 2023 rate.

Population, household income and Census housing periods remain unconfirmed in this release. Zillow retains each record’s observation date; exact series identity and newest official release are not verified. A shared date alone does not establish full comparability.

Matching five-digit codes do not prove equal Census and postal boundaries. Sponsorship does not alter data. The reserved 1% enterprise scoring component is not activated.
